The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated Residential Sales Electrician who loves solving problems, helping people, and creating outstanding customer experiences.

What You’ll Do
- Visit residential homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical issues

- Use our in-house pricing software to present clear, upfront pricing — no hidden fees or surprises
- Recommend services or upgrades that improve reliability, safety, and efficiency
- Build trust with customers through professionalism, communication, and follow-through
- Maintain accurate documentation of jobs, materials, and recommendations
- Represent Top Flight Electric with pride and uphold our commitment to five-star service
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of residential electrical experience (no license required)
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities
- Confidence in discussing solutions and closing service sales
