Commercial HVAC Chiller Technician

Airco Mechanical, a leader in the commercial mechanical, electric and plumbing industries is now accepting resumes for the position of Commercial HVAC Chiller Technician. Airco is looking for service technicians with experience in any of the following:

• Possess hands on skills and knowledge to complete required repairs and maintenance on a variety of chiller manufacturers, cooling towers, pumps, motors, and HVAC systems using industry standard tools and in accordance with all codes, laws, and regulations
• Water source heat pumps and evaporative condensers
• Data center environmental equipment
• Understanding of basic HVAC controls and VFD’s
• Air handling equipment including VAV systems typically found in larger commercial systems
• Performing preventative maintenance on hydronic cooling & heating systems
• Pump and motor alignments

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and/or CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• High School or Trade School Graduate or GED
• EPA Universal license
• At least 3 years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience
• Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean record

Pay: Up to $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
