What Is Restoration Painting?

Painting is one of the final steps in the restoration process—bringing homes back to life after damage. Our painters work on both interior and exterior surfaces affected by water, fire, mold, or construction repairs. This role requires attention to detail, a steady hand, and pride in craftsmanship. You’ll be part of a team that restores not just walls, but peace of mind.

Position Overview

We’re hiring an Internal Painter to join our restoration team. This is a full-time role with consistent hours and weekly pay. Painters must coordinate with the office daily for scheduling and job assignments. You’ll work on residential and commercial properties, collaborating with our mitigation and construction crews to deliver high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prep and paint interior walls, ceilings, trim, and exterior surfaces
• Perform patching, sanding, and minor drywall repairs
• Assist with light carpentry tasks such as caulking, fixture installation, and trim work
• Support renovation tasks including plastering and surface finishing
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and equipment
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
• Coordinate with office staff for daily scheduling
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures

Requirements

✅ Must pass a background check (no felonies)
✅ Must pass a drug test, including marijuana
✅ Must have a valid driver’s license and provide a driving record
✅ Must be punctual, respectful, and detail-oriented
✅ Must be comfortable working in active job sites and occupied homes

Compensation

Pay: $20–$25/hour, based on experience
Pay Schedule: Weekly, every Friday
