Coastal Life Design is a design/build remodeling company specializing in high-end kitchens, baths, additions, and whole-home renovations.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to oversee all aspects of assigned projects—from demolition through close-out. The Lead Carpenter is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site work, including subcontractors
• Meet project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with the Project Manager and Warehouse Manager
• Meet building inspectors at job sites
• Install cabinetry, finish carpentry, and trim
• Perform framing and light drywall installation
• Accurately read and interpret drawings and plans
• Anticipate material needs and communicate orders to Project Manager
• Confirm material deliveries, checking for accuracy, quality, or damage
• Submit weekly progress photos and updates to the Project Manager for client communication
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of residential remodeling experience
• Proficiency in cabinetry installation, finish carpentry, framing, and light drywall
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Must have own tools and valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset

Pay: $34.00 – $40.00 per hour
